Scale to Success Business Mastermind for Female Entrepreneurs

I’ve always been passionate about talking to others about ways they can improve their business with operations, systems, automation, marketing, and everything in between. In January 2023, I hosted the Scale of Success Business Mastermind with my first cohort. This mastermind was more than I could have ever imagined. This program was created from the ground up because I saw a need for it in the creative industry. Let’s be real: Most people don’t enjoy the backend of business. But I’m here to change the narrative on that. 

Unfortunately, there isn’t a manual book that comes with being an entrepreneur. How you run your business can vary from industry to industry. However, there are a lot of resources out there that can help you grow, skip some of the trial and error, and implement strategies that will drive revenue. Investing in my first mastermind in 2019 was one of the best things I did in my business. Now, it is my turn as a business coach and marketing strategist to help women like you learn business strategies and tactics practically universal for most service-based businesses. 

When I created this mastermind, I wanted the students to take actionable steps that would allow them to gain more revenue, create an unforgettable client experience, and master their marketing plan. This program allows students to work ON their business, not just IN their business. In the mastermind, students get so much value that they keep giving long after it is over. As your business coach, it is important that I get to know each of the students and their businesses. Before we even kick off the Scale to Success Business Mastermind, I offer an onboarding questionnaire and Zoom meeting to ensure I understand your business goals and how we can achieve them in the program. No more throwing spaghetti on the wall to see what strategy works. It’s time to implement strategies that are proven to work and help scale your small business. 

During the mastermind, there are 6 live workshops (with replays). These workshops are 90 minutes long, and you will have a workbook accompanying the curriculum. Last year, we even had guest experts like Shannon Vondy, April Brown, and Jenn Bays present a masterclass in their field of expertise. Bi-weekly we offered co-working hours and hot seats to get shit done together.

What makes this mastermind unique from others is the amount of access students have to me. I allow them to ask me questions privately via Voxer, our walky-talky app. We also have a private online community for all STS members to communicate and celebrate each other’s wins. At the end of the online mastermind program, we have a three-day in-person retreat in Florida, which is my student’s favorite.

Over the three months, we do a deep dive into business mindset, workflows/automation, client experience, social media marketing, pricing, and creating a master mastering plan that includes blogs, email marketing, collaborations, and networking.
