There is something that happens when you put 75 women who are serious about their businesses in the same room for an afternoon. Not on a Zoom call or a Facebook group. Actually in the room together, in real conversations, building real connections.
That is exactly what happened at Business Church LIVE, our first in-person women’s summit exclusively for Business Church members, hosted on June 12, 2026 in Jacksonville, Florida. And honestly? It was even better than I imagined.
This was not a summit where you sit quietly, take notes, and leave with a notebook full of ideas you will get around to “one day.” This was a room where conversations turned into collaborations and clarity turned into action. Here is what that actually looked like.

Visibility Does Not Require Burnout
Our female founders panel, Visibility Without Burnout, was one of the most talked about moments of the day. This was not a highlight reel or a list of trends. It was honest, real-life conversation about what sustainable visibility actually looks like behind the scenes.
April Brown, an SEO and conversion expert, reminded the room that visibility does not require being everywhere all the time. Kelly McCracken, a systems strategist, spoke to what it feels like when your backend finally supports your business instead of draining you. And Jasmine Chanelle, a personal brand expert, talked about building a brand that is honest and bold without burning yourself out trying to keep up with it.
Women left this panel with real clarity on simplifying their marketing, setting boundaries, and redefining what visibility looks like for their current season of business.

A Giveaway Strategy They Can Actually Use
I led a teaching session on how to run a giveaway with intention, not as a follower grab, but as a real lead generation and visibility tool. We broke down the framework, the do’s and don’ts, and how to align the prize, the entry strategy, and the timing for actual conversion.
The biggest shift in the room? Realizing a giveaway is not just about the launch. It is about the follow up. The funds are in the follow up, and once that clicked, you could see the wheels turning across the entire room.

Connection Was Not an Afterthought, It Was the Curriculum
We built multiple connection blocks into the day on purpose. Mingle and Marketplace, Sip and Mingle, open networking throughout. This was not filler time between sessions. This was the point.
Women met other women at their level, had real conversations instead of surface-level small talk, and walked away with new collaborators, referrals, and friendships that started in that room and are already continuing past it. That is the kind of return on investment you simply cannot get from an online summit.
VIP Got an Entirely Different Day
For our 15 VIP Mastermind attendees, the experience started hours before everyone else walked through the door. A small, intimate mastermind facilitated by me, hot seat coaching, and a built-in lunch gave this group the space to build clear, repeatable launch strategy frameworks and map out their own launch plans in detail.

By the time the main event started, this group was already warmed up, already connected, and already ahead. That is intentional. This kind of depth does not happen in a big room, which is exactly why we capped it at 15.
The Room Itself Set the Tone
We hosted the day at The Social Room Jax, a hidden gem at the intersection of Downtown Jacksonville and the Eastside. A full wall of windows brought in gorgeous natural light, and the space blended historic character with clean, contemporary charm. It created the perfect environment for meaningful conversations and the kind of energetic momentum you cannot manufacture on a screen.
